Paulownia Ring

Five lobes arranged in a whorl around a single stone.

Molded and cast from a Paulownia calyx, this ring carries the texture of the original plant: its surface, asymmetry, and the particular memory of the form held in silver. The calyx can be worn centered, or turned to the side, as if it grows between the fingers.
